GP Plus wheels are excellent starting point for medium to heavy deburring and polishing. These convolute deburring wheels are constructed by wrapping non-woven nylon, impregnated throughout with abrasive grain, around a hard core. Each layer is bonded together with an adhesive to form a homogenous wheel. Wheels can be used on automated equipment, straight shaft stationary tools, straight shaft portable tools and feed through machines.
Applications: -Removing medium to heavy burrs. -Deburring turbine blades. -Deburring heavy edges. -Blending machine and belt marks. -Blending machine tool marks. -Final finishing on surgical tools. -Final finishing.
